A Grief & Loss Art Therapy Workshop

Losing someone we love is one of the hardest things we can go through. It can bring up so many feelings—sadness, anger, confusion, and even numbness. Sometimes, words just aren’t enough to express what we’re feeling. That’s where art therapy can help.

Join us for “Connecting with Those We’ve Lost”—a special art therapy workshop designed to support people who are grieving. This workshop is part of the Healing Through Grief & Loss Series by Inner Peace Counseling Services, PLLC.

You don’t need to be an artist to benefit from this experience—no art skills are needed. Through simple, guided activities, you’ll have the chance to express your emotions, connect with your memories, and begin to heal in a safe and supportive space.
