✨ Sunset Pilates on Scolt Head Island - Saturday 6th September ✨
Join me for a magical evening of Pilates on the beach at Scolt Head Island, Burnham Overy Staithe. We’ll flow together as the sun sets, followed by an optional refreshing swim for those who’d like to take a dip.
📍 Meeting point: 5:00pm, Harbour car park
🛶 We’ll be catching the Ferry to & from the island
🧘 Session: A full 1-hour Pilates class, blending mobility, stretch, and strength
💷 Price includes the ferry trip + Pilates session
👉 What to bring:
Yoga/Pilates mat/ Pilates ball if you have one - I have spare.
