Sunday 7th September 2025 | Creake Abbey Ruins, North Norfolk
Norfolk holds sacred echoes in its landscape and few are as resonant as the ancient remains of Creake Abbey. Set in 40 acres of tranquil meadowland beside the winding River Burn, the abbey ruins offer a rare meeting point between time, nature, and spirit. Dating back to the early 13th century, Creake Abbey was once a place of healing, prayer, and community. Its stones have witnessed fire, plague, and royal patronage and now stand as quiet sentinels of history and remembrance.
This year, we have been invited by Creake Abbey and English Heritage to bring the ReAlign™ Alchemy Sound Bath to this extraordinary site, offering a moment of resonance within the old sacred walls.
Sunday 7th September 2025
Within the ruins of the abbey church, we will hold a powerful 1-hour sound journey amidst the open air and ancient stone. Expect a deeply restorative experience, attuned to the natural and spiritual frequencies of the site.

Tibetan Healing Bowls
Japanese Koshi Chimes

Layers of warm, comfortable clothing (this is an open-air event)

This is a rare opportunity to receive alchemical sound in a setting shaped by centuries of spiritual practice and healing. Let the land, history, and frequency meet you where you are and carry you into a deeper place within. Spaces are genuinely limited, and so if you’d like to join us, please book quickly. In the event of poor weather, we will relocate to the grand barn at Creke Abbey.
Please read our cancellation policy here before purchasing a ticket.
