PRELC Adult Recreational Volleyball Tournament

Prairie Roots Early Learning Centre will be hosting an Adult Recreational Volleyball Tournament! Call or text Lee to enter your team, (306) 823-7126. Entry fee is $250 per team. Fees due March 25th.


Location:
Humboldt Collegiate Institute - Courts 1 & 2
Humboldt Uniplex Curling Rink - Court 3
Curling Rink Lounge - Bar!


Date and time:
May 3rd, First games start at 8:30am.
Final will start at 7:00pm, finish by 8:00pm
Bar will close at 9:30pm


Tournament format:
We have 3 courts and enough room for 15 teams.
Teams must have at least 2 of each gender on the court at all times.
Plan to have 3 pools of 5 teams on each court.
Each pool will have a round robin. Top team from each pool plus one wildcard team (4 teams total) will make playoffs, which will be a semifinal and final.
Minimum 4 games per team, plus playoffs.


Prize $ (May change depending on # of teams registered) :
- 1st: $1,000
- 2nd: $500


Food & Other:
Concession throughout day. Free supper for all participants between round robin & playoffs
50/50 and raffles
Curling Rink Lounge will be open during tournament.
