• Horseback Riding & Reflection: Guided trail ride through serene ranch landscapes. No experience necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to be present.
• Picnic + Play: After the ride, enjoy a casual picnic, grill up your favorite foods, and play games like cornhole to keep the good vibes flowing.
• Mindfulness & Movement: A brief guided meditation and gentle stretches to center your energy before, during, and after the ride.

Info: Guests arrive and receive a welcome item of curated conversations cards to connect and build rapport with other participants.

Info: The ranch instructor will facilitate an insightful talk on the emotional and physical wellness benefits of horses, the power of nature, and how grounding can enhance mindful connection. Dr. Wilma will also lead a brief, optional mini meditation with breathwork and a body scan to help you be present and open to the experience.

Info: Take a serene trail ride through the beautiful ranch landscapes. All levels are welcome, with an instructor leading the way to ensure comfort and safety. This experience encourages you to be present, noticing how you feel emotionally, physically, and spiritually as you connect with the horses and nature.

Info: Return from the ride and transition to the picnic area to enjoy food, social mingling, and lawn games like cornhole. Food and snack will be provided. Optional light journaling prompts will be available at picnic tables. For example, “What did the ride teach you about trust or letting go?" and “What part of you felt most alive today?”

Info: We’ll wrap up with a heartfelt thank-you to everyone for joining this special day. You’ll have the option to take a group photo with the horses or by the ranch sign to capture the memories. As we say our goodbyes, we’ll also share details about the next Soulcial Well event.
