Chapel-en-le-Frith Carnival is on Saturday 21st June 2025.
The theme this year is ‘Historical events’ in line with the 800th anniversary of Chapel-en-le-Frith.
The carnival starts the celebrations.

The first carnival of the current organisation was held in 1971 with the Youth Club at the Horsa Hut site being the venue.

The parade will start at 1pm from Tenneco (Ferodo) car park along Hayfield Road, Market Street, High Street, Manchester Road, Long Lane to Chapel Leisure Centre.
On the carnival field/car park at the Leisure Centre we have family entertainment as follows:-
Stalls
Face painter
Hot food
Doughnuts & Sweets
Huge Funfair with rides and attractions for all ages
Ice Cream
Leisure Centre Bar 🍻
and loads more 😁
Back again this year to help everyone have a roarsome day will be Roary the T Rex dinosaur and his caveman companion, they will be joining the parade and will be at the Leisure Centre all afternoon!
High Peak 1 will be in the parade and then hosting the entertainment on the field!
