We’ll begin with a cup of warm, comforting herbal tea to settle your body and open your breath. Before the sound bath begins, Eileen will guide you through a simple, mindful breathing practice — a gentle reminder that in the midst of holiday chaos and seasonal stress, a single conscious breath can become a gateway back to calm, clarity, and grounding.
From there, you’ll settle into a softly lit, cozy space as gentle Reiki energy flows throughout the room, supporting emotional balance and energetic grounding.
