Reiki Level 1 and Attunement

Begin your Reiki journey with this foundational course designed to awaken your natural healing abilities.

In Level 1, you'll learn the history and principles of Reiki, explore energy awareness, and receive your first attunement — a sacred energetic initiation that opens you to channel Reiki for yourself, friends and family.

This course includes hands-on practice, workbook, and supportive materials to help you integrate Reiki into daily life. We will also do quick lessons on crystal work and oracle card reading.

No prior experience needed — just an open heart and a willingness to learn.
