The Fix-It Picnic: Darning with Anna Svoboda-Stel

Learn how to repair small and large holes using traditional darning techniques with Anna Svoboda-Stel. She will show you how to select the right materials for your repair, helping you to create a unique mend that extends the life of your garment. Please bring along an item you would like to repair if you have one (we recommend knitwear like socks, sweaters, jersey t-shirts, although this method can be used on a variety of textiles). This workshop is suitable for all ages and skill levels.

As usual, there will also be plenty of time to work on the sewing, t-shirt weaving, mending, or crafting projects of your choice. The LikeMindedObjects team will be on hand with supplies and tools to help develop your skills. Open to all ages and skill levels!
