What to Expect:
20 Minutes of Strength -
A guided total body workout, using weights to fit your fitness ability, that is designed to get your heart rate up, build muscle and increase your metabolism (HIIT-style intervals).
Suitable for people with some exercise experience.
20 Minutes of Stretching -
Calming yoga-inspired stretches to help you cool down and release tension.
Space is limited, so mats may be close together.
20 Minutes of Wellness Chat + Samples -
Learn wellness & nutritional tips, tricks and guides for healthy living. Explore healthy products (from IDLife) to support your wellness goals.

Important Info:
-Please wear workout clothes suitable for strength training and yoga.
-Please bring indoor athletic shoes for safety.
-Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. If you do not, one will be provided for you.
-Participants who have not signed a waiver at this location will be asked to sign a brief consent/liability waiver on arrival.
-Workshop is capped at 10 people for a more personal experience.
