Potential School Closure Public Comment Meeting

At the Monday, August 11, 2025 Board of Education meeting, Board members discussed long-term facility planning and the decision to move forward with developing a process for the potential closing of Houlton and/or Willow River Elementary Schools. The actual decision to close one or both schools will not take place until October following community feedback.

Please attend the first public comment meeting held in the Hudson High School Auditorium to share your feedback and comments to the Hudson School Board.
