You rang in the New Year with a bang. Now come ease the ringing in your head with our special New Year's Day Luck & Money Brunch.
Southern culture has a very rich history of seasonally-driven traditions surrounding holiday cuisine, and especially in the New Year’s Day must-have dish, Luck and Money. In history, black-eyed peas are associated with “mystical and mythical power to bring good luck,” while collards are “green like money and will ensure you a financially prosperous new year.”
Our brunch celebrates Chef Kirby’s heritage and passion for bringing reimagined twists on regional American cuisine to the Hudson Valley. Our New Year's Day brunch is our way of wishing everyone, both guests and staff, great fortunes in 2026.
