The Empowerment Project invites you to an evening introduction to STRIDE Adaptive Sports, a program dedicated to expanding adaptive sport and recreation opportunities for individuals with disabilities in Columbia County.

Stride’s mission is to educate and empower individuals with disabilities through life-changing sport and recreation programs that sustain healthy, active, and fun lifestyles. Their vision is a community where everyone has equal access to sport and recreation—removing barriers, fulfilling dreams, and building self-esteem through participation.
