Kids Yoga September

This super fun class is designed to motivate children to be active, build confidence, and manage the spectrum of emotions that they experience in their day-to-day activities. It incorporates dancing, fun songs, crafts plus all of the traditional benefits of yoga - meditation, breathing techniques, peace, and deep relaxation.

Whether your child is brand new to yoga or a seasoned tiny yogi, there’s something for every child in this class! Parents drop off and enjoy some me/us/we time (we suggest the power class at the same time!)

Led by Marisa Pisani Wilcox, a certified Children’s Yoga Teacher who has seen the benefits that yoga can have for children firsthand with her two boys.
