What You Will Learn:

Introduction to New York-Style Dough – Understanding ingredients and the science behind fermentation. The essential ingredients and their roles.

Hands-On Dough Making – Mixing, kneading, and prepping the dough for fermentation. Fermentation and proofing tips to develop flavor and elasticity.

Shaping & Stretching Techniques – Stretching and shaping the dough without tearing.

Baking & Tasting – Assemble and bake your pizzas with classic toppings.

Learn how to achieve that signature crispy-yet-foldable crust in a home oven with expert tips for baking, including choosing the right tools.

Participants will take home a pizza of their making as well as the recipe to recreate their own at home.
