About the event

Chakra Balance Workshop

Feeling a little off? Perhaps your Chakras are out of balance. This class will explain about your 7 Chakras and provide a yoga pose, mantra, crystal and oil for each area. Sound healing will accompany each gentle yoga pose and a mini chakra balancing sound bath will finish the session.

* This workshop is usually held monthly on the third Saturday of each month
