Yin yoga and Sound Healing

Join Janet as she takes you through a series of slow yoga poses that allows you to find stillness in the stretch and release the fascia. Poses are held for 3-10 minutes.

Bonny accompanies the class with crystal sound bowls. The frequencies allow your body and mind to relax deeper into each of the stretches.

The combined modalities allows for greater range of motion, flexibility and deeper relaxation.
