Qigong Happy Hour! W/ Rob & Laura

Come and join us at 6 pm for a fun Qigong energy flow class (gentle movement easy level, maximum benefits)
After the movement, the session finishes with a relaxing meditation, Reiki, with continual soothing sound scapes provided by Laura Z, bringing a sense of calm to your senses.
