Sound Immersive with Reiki Experience

Join us on Friday, January 9 to experience a Sound Immersive Journey, designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
This guided experience combines meditation in a relaxing peaceful safe atmosphere to help you achieve a blissful like state of mind. Relaxation with hands on Reiki, promotes healing and inner balance. Experience the healing frequencies of chimes, harp and soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Be relaxed by melodic tones of the hang drum and flute, and the grounding vibrations of the sacred didgeridoo. Facilitated by sound practitioner Laura Zwynenburg, with Reiki Master Susan Havens. The session offers a unique opportunity to explore meditation and mindfulness in a transformative way.
