WYPW Summer Holiday Camp: Three Days of Hands-On Printmaking!
A creative summer holiday camp for young artists aged 6-15 in Huddersfield
Join us this July for three days of exciting printmaking workshops at WYPW @ Piazza, right in the heart of Huddersfield.
Our Inky Summer Art Camp is perfect for young people who want to get creative, learn new skills, and make fantastic artwork to take home. With small group sizes and expert tuition from professional printmakers, your child will get hands-on with a variety of inspiring print techniques:
Screen printing: Design and print bold patterns on paper and T-shirts
Letterpress printing: Use vintage type on our proofing press
Riso printing: Make bright, colourful posters, comics or zines
Tetra Pak printing: Try an eco-friendly intaglio method with juice cartons
Gelli printing: Create textured, playful monoprints
Over three full days, participants will produce screen-printed T-shirts, handmade zines, prints and more - plus take home a mini printmaking kit to keep experimenting after the course.
