About Simon

Simon Parkinson is Professor of Cybersecurity at the University of Huddersfield and a member of the UK Government’s Cyber Security Advisory Board. His research interests span cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on identity, access, and attack detection. His work uses and develops a variety of symbolic and statistical AI with the goal of developing safer and more resilient systems.
