What?
Friendly group, The theme for the first session will be “Abundance” and how you can create more abundance in your life e.g. health, happiness, positivity, more opportunities etc. It’s not group therapy.

There will be some guided visualisation, where you will be offered the chance to relax and imagine your new life. There may be some group work but no pressure to participate or share.
