Herbs for Health Autumn Workshop

Join me for this 2-hour workshop where we will learn about Autumn herbs growing in our local environment and how to work with plant medicine to improve health, boost the immune system and treat common winter ailments such as coughs, colds and sore throats.

Knowing how to improve our natural defences builds our resilience and helps us manage infections. Look after your health and the health of your family, using ingredients you may already have in your kitchen!

You will have the opportunity to sample a variety of herbal preparations and make your own herbal remedy to take home.
