Himalayan balsam is an invasive species that chokes out native plants and destabilises our riverbanks. But the good news? It’s easy to pull, and together we can make a big difference in just a few hours.
This event kicks off a season of action—come help us protect our waterways and restore natural biodiversity!
What to bring:
✅ Gardening gloves (spares available)
✅ Sturdy footwear or wellies
✅ Long sleeves and trousers
✅ Your energy and enthusiasm
We’ll show you exactly what to do—no experience needed. Whether you’ve been to a balsam bash before or this is your first one, you’ll be part of something important.
