Superfood Supper & Sound Bath August

SUPERFOOD SUPPER & SOUND BATH

Join me in my garden and home studio for a nourishing superfood supper, glorious mocktails and dessert followed by a soothing sound bath.

What more perfect a way to end the week as we embrace August?

All food will be vegan and gluten free, (will contain nuts unless specifically requested not to)
As always I am happy to share recipes with participants

Booking essential and will close on Friday 8th August to allow time for me to collect and prepare food!

Limited to 6 people

Parking is free but limited on a Sunday in my residential street and adjacent ones but there is always space at the leisure centre a couple of minutes walk. 5 mins from tram stop, 2 mins from Titchfield St bus stop ✨
