Join us for a special Halloween ritual where we weave together movement, intention, and a touch of magic. ✨
🔮 Ritual Creation
We’ll begin by crafting Renewal Jars — layering sea salt, herbs, flowers, and crystals to cleanse old energy, invite protection, and welcome fresh beginnings. Each jar becomes your own personal talisman to take home, charged with your intentions.
🕸️ Yoga Practice
Afterward, we’ll flow into a slow flow + restorative yoga practice: a grounding, transformative sequence designed to honor the season of shadow and renewal. Through mindful breath and movement, we’ll release what no longer serves us and open to the energy of fresh possibilities 🌙.
✨ What to Expect:
- Guided ritual to craft your own Renewal Jar
- Slow intentional yoga flow (all levels welcome)
- A take-home jar to continue your renewal practice
👻 Dress the part! Costumes (that you can still move in), cozy clothes, or a witchy all-black aesthetic 🖤 are welcome.
