This unique practice guides you into deep relaxation while keeping your mind aware allowing your body to fully release tension. Requests are taken to focus on specific areas of the body to relax.
Yoga nidra is also known as yogic sleep and requires no movement at all. Research shows it enhances mental and emotional well-being and reduces symptoms of PTSD and anxiety.
In this 60-minute class you’ll be guided through a series of body scans breath awareness and visualizations while resting comfortably supported with props. It’s perfect for anyone seeking stress relief better sleep or a moment of calm.
No experience is needed—just come as you are. Comfy clothes & a water bottle may be desired. Limited bolsters & blankets available you are welcome to bring your own props or anything you'd like for this practice.
