Connect, laugh and have fun in this supportive, trauma-informed support circle for healing trauma through the body and through community. What to expect: Opening Introduction Circle Grounding Breath Practices to soothe and align your nervous system Somatic Movement to invite playful connection and deeper openness Reflection Circle to share laughter, insights, and soft-hearted truth What to bring: An open heart Desire for community Willingness to hold space for others in kindness and confidentiality A water bottle and favorite yoga mat, blanket, pillow-whatever you will feel comfortable sitting/laying on (we have some at the studio if you don’t have any of these) Any experience level you have is perfect. This is a safe space to be seen and heard in authenticity, to restore health and balance to our nervous systems as a collective, and to let emotions move through somatic releasing and healing exercises. Circle shares are not focused on trauma stories, but what we’re feeling and experiencing in the here and now as we ride the waves of life on our healing journeys. Offered in person and online (at different times). Recordings are NOT available for circles. Book this class at a one-time drop-in rate, or included in Ultimate and Jess's memberships.
