Pedaling For Parkinson's Cycling Intro Class

These 30 minute intro classes are for individuals who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. The Pedaling for Parkinson's program is informed by research demonstrating that consistent, high-cadence cycling can help reduce symptoms of Parkinson's. During these 30 minute intros you will learn more about the new program at Howell Recreation and have an opportunity to experience a short ride on our indoor stationary bikes. These classes are adaptable to various abilities and ages. Caregivers are welcome to attend!

These pop-up sessions are FREE but registration is required as spots are limited.
