World Migratory Bird Day Scavenger Hunt

Throughout the year, Wormsloe is home to over 200 bird species. Beginning in late spring there is an increase in diversity as many birds begin their northward migration from Central and South America. Take advantage of this migration and explore the trails to find some of our feathered friends that call Coastal Georgia home (at least for part of the year!).

Start your journey at the Visitor Center where you will pick up your Bird Journal and "spot" your first bird. Some birds that you find may even be species that have been identified as high priorities for conservation here in Georgia.
