Confidence & Motivational Workshop - In Person

Hello everyone,

I’m Emma, and I run a small business in Hove. I’d love to invite you to this cosy workshop to boost self-esteem and motivation for 2025. It will be a great way to meet new people too. This workshop is for adults, but you’ll take home practical tips to share with any family members or children you have to help boost their confidence too.

If you’ve been feeling a bit low on confidence or struggling to stay motivated, this is a great opportunity to make a fresh start. You’ll leave with new ideas, increased confidence, and tools to support both yourself and your family. I’ve included a lovely review from a past attendee in the section below to reassure you.

There are just 5 spaces available to keep it personal, and the cost is £20 for the 90-minute session, including coffee and cake.

I attended Emma's confidence workshop today and really enjoyed it! I was nervous at first but she really put us at ease and it felt like a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a safe place to share! She asked us some questions that we wrote the answers to in out notebooks in regards to personal challenges and future goals -it was great to brainstorm and figure out where we need to focus in on our lives. I now feel like I have a plan going forward to live my best life! Thank you Emma for bringing us all together and sharing your wisdom! I hope there is another meeting soon
