At 6:00 pm, a welcome drink will be served along with hors d'oeuvres. A formal seated dinner for guests will be served at least five different wines. We will be using high valued red wines that have been aging in our cellar.
No previous wine knowledge is required. No wine snobs or potential wine snobs allowed in class. This is a serious fun educational experience.
You must be 21 years old as of the date of the class to participate. There are no refunds within seven days prior to the event. Contact Tamara Atkins at dCAhIGwgISBhdGtpbnMgfCBhdHQgISBuZXQ= if you have specific questions or concerns.
We strongly suggest the use of a designated driver (e.g. uber) to practice safe driving protocols to/from this event. Your awareness of your own individual alcohol consumption and capabilities is highly encouraged.
