At 6:00 pm, a welcome drink will be served along with hors d'oeuvres. A formal seated dinner for guests will be served at least five different wines. We will be using high valued red wines that have been aging in our cellar.
No previous wine knowledge is required. No wine snobs or potential wine snobs allowed in class. This is a serious fun educational experience.

We strongly suggest the use of a designated driver (e.g. uber) to practice safe driving protocols to/from this event. Your awareness of your own individual alcohol consumption and capabilities is highly encouraged.
