The Cultural Center “Our Texas” is pleased to announce the opening of “Where Dreams Take Root” a captivating solo exhibition by Houston-based artist Nataliya Kachanova-Rhodes.
“Where Dreams Take Root” presents a poetic exploration of the natural world through dreamlike ethereal paintings. In this evocative body of work Kachanova-Rhodes blurs the line between landscape and imagination inviting viewers into a realm where nature and the unconscious mind intertwine. Trees pulse with memory skies cradle the spirit and roots echo the inner journey of transformation.
At the heart of the exhibition is a striking vision of a woman fused with a flowering tree adorned with pearls and mystery — a powerful symbol of feminine energy rooted in nature’s wild intelligence. Through rich symbolism and lyrical brushwork each painting serves as a portal into a meditative space where earth light and breath become one.
