Tween Camp July 7 - July 11 from 9 am to 3:30pm (mon-fri)

Designed to offer something calmer, more connective, and emotionally supportive than your average camp experience. We know how big these years can feel, and how much pressure and change can come at once. This camp is envisioned as a gentle container to help kids ages 9-13 slow down, process, and reconnect with themselves and each other in a way that feels nourishing and fun. The tentative format includes:

• Morning creative and interactive processing activities (9:30 am - 12:30 pm)
• A midday lunch break (bring your own)
• Afternoon yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices (1:30 pm - 2:30 pm)
• Investment $500 for the week (Mon - Fri)
