Welcome to The Mill! Houston’s newest mixed-use redevelopment project.

Situated on the iconic Navigation Boulevard in The East End, The Mill blends the legacy of industrial craftsmanship with modern design. Repurposed, hardworking materials come together to create a vibrant hub that fosters innovation, community, and progress.

At this special event, Walking Houston members and guests will enjoy an exclusive interview with Carter Bechtol, Partner and Head of Triten Residential.

Following the discussion, take a behind-the-scenes tour of The Mill’s first phase—The Mill Residences. Designed by the nationally acclaimed Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, this project builds on the firm’s celebrated collaborations with Triten Real Estate Partners, including Houston favorite M-K-T Heights.

After the tour, stick around for an evening of wine and light bites by Tout Suite, a special Chocolate and Cocktail tasting by CASE Chocolates, live music, and a showcase of East End art—available for purchase with all artists on-site to share their stories firsthand.
