Curated with intention and set to a soulful R&B playlist, this class blends mindful movement and grounding breathwork to help you revitalize and realign.

Whether you’re new to yoga or have a steady practice, Rhythm & Balance is here to meet you where you are. This flow will be moderately challenging yet accessible.

Bring your mat, and come as you are. Leave a little more in tune.
