Return to Wholeness: An Evening of Sound & Soul

You’re invited to a deeply nourishing and heart-opening evening inspired by my recent journey through India and Nepal — a space to reconnect, reflect, and restore.

We’ll begin with a warm cup of herbal tea and a gentle intention-setting ritual, followed by a short sharing of insights and reflection prompts. From there, I’ll guide you into a 45-minute immersive sound healing journey using a blend of sacred instruments including Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and intuitive vibrational tools.

This guided sound bath meditation is designed to calm the nervous system, clear energetic blocks, and invite you back into alignment with your true self. The frequencies emitted by these instruments create a powerful field of resonance that supports deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic realignment — a return to wholeness on every level.

Whether you're new to sound healing or already walking your spiritual path, this space is open to all who feel called to rest, receive, and remember.

• A safe space to relax, release, and reconnect

🧘‍♀️ Please bring: A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that will help you feel supported while lying down. You're welcome to bring a journal + pen, water, or an object to charge on the altar if you feel called.
