National Senior Fitness Health and Wellness Resourse Expo

The National Senior Fitness Health and Wellness Resource Expo is an event designed to provide resources for all adults age ranging from 55 and up. It is a day dedicated to the betterment of the health of seniors. The common goal is to help senior Americans stay fit and healthy. It is high time that we explore the various options of physical activity available for our seniors and acknowledge the importance of nutrition and exercise for the prevention of ill health. The event will be held from 10AM to 2PM at the Sunnyside Health and Multi Service Center 4410 Reed Rd Houston, TX 77051.

This event provides an opportunity for those in attendance to gain resources on beauty, skin care, hair loss, hair transplant, fitness, diabetes prevention, nutrition, oral health and additional lifestyle options. All vendors will showcase their products, resources, and services to assist in planning for the future.

Bring the entire family to celebrate and network with serval vendors, raffle giveaways, hear our panel of great speakers and receive awesome information during this event.
