🏃‍♂️ Run Together. Recover Intentionally.Join us for a chill-paced 3-mile community run through Montrose—no pressure, all levels welcome. Walk, jog, or stride—just move.

After the run, head back to Loyly Sauna Lounge for some serious recovery. We're opening our contrast therapy patio and sauna lounge for discounted post-run sessions designed to help you reset and feel amazing.

✨ Recovery Options (first come, first served):

• $25 Full Contrast Therapy Session (cold & hot plunge + sauna)
• $30 Stretch & Mobility Sessions with Johnny Steen

Stick around after for vibes, music, and good convo with fellow runners and wellness lovers.
