Level Up! IRL: Mental Health Workshop

This year, we’re all about positive mental health practices.

For this workshop, we’ll be focusing on mindfulness & self-awareness. It's okay to "crash out"! An exploration on why inversive thinking can be healthy!

While there will be a series of activities as part of this workshop, we will never ask you to participate or share in a way that makes you uncomfortable. However, these activities will have the largest impact if you come prepared with an open mind and an eagerness to engage. We recommend attendees bring pen and paper!

Lastly, we do recommend that if you intend to attend, please arrive on time in order to make the most of the activities and discussions as a whole!
