We invite you to join us for an immersive introduction training in the tools and techniques for playing crystal bowls and conducting a sound healing session for yourself and/or others. You will acquire the fundamental knowledge and the skills necessary to play both classic frosted singing bowls and alchemy crystal bowls. You will be able to use these life-changing skills to enhance your own personal well-being and can employ these healing techniques for your friends and family.

DAY 1: THEORY

IntroductionYou will learn:• The history and theory of sound healing using crystal bowls• Everything you need to know about both Classic Frosted Crystal Singing Bowls and Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls: What they are made of, and how they are made. Why they are used in sound healing, and how to use them. • How to set up an environment for a sound healing session• Basic playing techniques

Energetic and Spiritual Practices• Introduction to vibrational healing properties• How to use crystal singing bowls in your daily life• The human energy field and the chakras (energy centers), how they correspond to the musical scale, how they are affected by sound, and how to align your energy centers with crystal bowls• How the crystal bowls and the quality of their functions are affected by touch and intention.• Learn how to use your intentions to support healing, growth and change during a crystal bowl healing session.• The role of intuition and meditation in sound healing.• Discover the effects of crystal singing bowls on the human body, mind and spirit, both consciously and unconsciously.• Q & A

DAY 2: APPLICATION

Practical Application• Learn fundamental techniques for playing the bowls and how to create a variety of harmonious sound combinations.• Practice with classic frosted bowls and crystal alchemy bowls• Practice/exercise: learning how to become aware of the body's healing response• Space-clearing techniques with crystal singing bowls• Integration: crystal bowl sound healing session
