The Entrepreneurs Strategic Interest Group (ESIG) invites new and aspiring freelancers to learn from those who have "been there, done that."

Alise Isbell believes that clear business processes provide a predictable structure for interacting with clients and potential clients. Alise will share the processes she uses for marketing, lead generation, client engagement and financial management.

Ben Wheatley says it's essential for entrepreneurs to obtain signed contracts from their clients. Contracts define the scope of work, as well as payment rates and terms. In addition, contracts clarify expectations, help prevent legal pitfalls, and demonstrate that you're a professional who's serious about client relationships.

Phil Morabito will tell us what he's learned about successfully converting prospects into clients. How do you keep them, grow with them and turn them into long-term partners?
