**JHJ Alumni Chapter Family Picnic**

We are excited to announce the JHJ Alumni Chapter Family Picnic, which is scheduled for Saturday, July 26th, 2025. To prepare for this event, the planning committee will hold virtual meetings on June 8, June 15, and June 22 from 4 PM to 6 PM.

During the first meeting, we will assign roles and delegate tasks. We also need volunteers for several key positions, including:

- Cooler volunteers
- Tables and Chairs volunteers
- Set-up and Breakdown volunteers

We look forward to collaborating with everyone to ensure that this Family Picnic is a great success! Together, we will make this Family Picnic a success.
