Intro to Jiu-Jitsu for Women

We teach the fundamentals of jiu-jitsu, which are applicable for self-defense and practical for every body type.

About this Event

We are a nonprofit providing affordable self-defense and jiu-jitsu.We are soft launching our new beginner-friendly program centering the experience of women in jiu-jitsu.

What to bring

Clothing you can move in
A gi (uniform) if you have one, or borrow from us
Flip flops
Water bottle

About our space

Mat space with class capacity for about 25 people
Gender-neutral restroom and changing room
Park on either side of Emancipation or along Grey
