The homebuyers Education class is an 8 hour HUD-certified course recommended for all clients interested in becoming homeowners. Upon completion of the class, participants receive a Certificate of Completion valid for 12 months, a requirement for certain down payment assistance programs and mortgage lenders.
Clients attending the class will learn about various home buying topics, including:
The class instructor will assist clients in navigating the technical aspects of the home buying process, such as preparing to qualify for a mortgage loan, finding suitable financing, assembling their home buying team, reviewing essential closing documents, and, if applicable, applying for down payment assistance programs.
$50 for individuals or couples purchasing a property jointly. Ensure both attendees' names are included during registration.
The full-day class runs from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Clients are required to stay the full 8 hours.
