Hands-On Introduction to EEG - Houston, TX

Build fundamental skills in performing EEG procedures and join Cadwell for a two-day, Hands-On Introduction to EEG Workshop in Houston, Texas. During this CadCare Clinical Workshop, participants will engage in a series of lectures and hands-on sessions in small groups to reinforce critical skills in EEG.

By participating in this workshop, you will have opportunities to engage with expert CadCare instructors alongside other professionals, while gaining the following skills:

• Learn to accurately mark and measure EEG waveforms
• Master techniques for identifying and troubleshooting EEG artifacts
• Develop skills in localizing and determining the polarity of EEG activity
• Gain proficiency in performing activation procedures
• Build your knowledge in classifying different types of seizures
• Identify and understand normal EEG variants
• Accurately follow ACNS guidelines for head measurement and electrode placement using the 10-20 System for electrode application

This course has been approved for 16.5 ASET CEUS. You must have an ASET ID number, and you must attend both days of the Introduction to EEG Workshop to receive all available credits.
