FREE SOUND BATH— Sunday Reset

On Sundays we Reset!

Every sunday 10am I play sound bowls in the park... I call it:

"Time Tithing” — giving an hour (at the start of the week) to God, gratitude, & grounding.

What started as my personal practice has evolved beautifully. Without fail, kind souls always find their way to sit, breathe, and just be with me.

Now, I’m officially inviting you to join me!

Come as you are — no pressure, no performance.

We’ll set intentions, meditate, journal, and let the sound healing do what it does...

Restore and Realign

✨ This space is open to everyone, but especially made with love for Black women who are on a spiritual path and craving a soft, sacred sense of community. ✨

Bring a yoga mat or blanket, a journal, and an open heart. Let’s reclaim Sundays for the soul.
