Welcome one and all. We are excited to host a drum and song circle at the magical zone that is The Interchange! Bring your drums, percussion, flutes, didgeridoo, guitars and voices and come jam, chant, dance and pray with us on the awesome padded marley floor. (no shoes please)
This drum circle will be open flow style, and will allow for the spontaneous moment to birth many creative impulses in each new moment. We will play many different tempos and styles, bring your style and teach us a new beat!! For the last hour or two we will bring down the volume and explore more of a song type jam with melodic instruments. This will surely be a night of nuance and dynamism! COME PLAY! It will be lightly facilitated by Ybub Levi.
Some drums and percussion instruments will be provided, so if you do not have one, please come anyway, we've got something for you to bang on.
All acoustic please, no electric instruments.
We encourage the participants of this event to attend in a sober state and to allow the trance-formative power of the drumming and dancing to be the consciousness altering medicine it can so powerfully be. Please be very mindful and intentional of your consumption, if you choose to partake in any medicines (ferments, plants, and otherwise).

Alkaline water from Water Tree Heights will be provided. Please bring a vessel for your top off of the elixir of life.
Suggested Donation is 10-20 dollars to cover renting of space, but any amount small or large is appreciated. please pay what you can to contribute to this amazing community space and event.
