Chakras & Chaos is a beginner-friendly yoga experience created for navigating mental health, grief, perimenopause, and everyday overwhelm. This class is a soft, sacred space to reconnect with your body and your breath — no experience needed.
In the first 30 minutes, we’ll break down foundational yoga poses and how they connect to each chakra (energy center). The last 30 minutes will be a gentle, empowering flow to help you ground your energy and release what you’ve been carrying.
