WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:
Fill and Ice:
The first part of the class we will be going over what tools you need to ice your cake, and how to fill and put a base layer of icing on.Stacking and Leveling:
The second part of the class we will be stacking our cake, and perfecting the cake by leveling and smoothing out any imperfections.
Decorating Techniques:
The last part of the class will focus on piping techniques to create beautiful designs on your masterpiece.
Instructor Information:
Carmen has been cake decorating for over 10 years. She has a degree in Culinary Arts and has worked in numerous bakeries. She started Sweet Crumb Bakeshop 3 years ago with the hopes of mentoring and creating memories for people to enjoy.
